Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and ship directly from our manufacturers or authorized distribution partners.

Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger or oversized items ship via LTL freight, which is curbside delivery by default and requires clear delivery access.

Shipping timelines shown are estimates only and may vary based on product type, brand, production status, and carrier availability. Estimated total delivery time is typically 6–13 business days depending on the item.

Address changes after processing or shipment may result in delays or additional carrier charges.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment, unless the item is custom or made to order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned after delivery if eligible.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A return authorization is required before returning any item.

Freight and oversized items may be subject to restocking fees and customer-paid return shipping. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
