Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders can be canceled at no cost before they ship. To request a cancellation, contact us during business hours at (414)-348-0788 or email support@prestigeaquariums.com.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as these items are built specifically for your order. Warranty coverage ensures a fully functional product. If you are unsure whether your order is custom, contact us before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, unless a manufacturer-specific policy states otherwise (clearly noted on the product page).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Returns not due to product defects may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. If packaging is opened or damaged, the 25% restocking fee will still apply.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If damage is found:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt when signing.

Email photos or videos of the damage, packaging, and product SKU within 24 hours to support@prestigeaquariums.com.

Freight damage claims cannot be processed after 24 hours.

BOGO Promotions
For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, a refund equal to that item’s standalone price will be issued.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it quickly before a chargeback is filed.
