At Prestige Aquariums, we are committed to providing a smooth and fair shopping experience. Please review the information below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order at no cost before it ships. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible during business hours at (414)-348-0788 or email support@prestigeaquariums.com.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as these items are built specifically for your order. Your warranty will ensure a fully functional product. If you’re unsure whether your order is custom, please contact us before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, unless a brand-specific policy states otherwise (see product page).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- Some manufacturers do not allow returns after shipment; in such cases, we cannot process a return.
- Returns not due to product defects may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Additional restocking fees may apply if packaging is opened or damaged.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If damage is found:
- Note the damage when signing for delivery.
- Email photos/videos of the damage, box, and SKU within 24 hours to support@prestigeaquariums.com.
- Freight damage claims cannot be processed after 24 hours.
Warranties
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for details. Warranty claims do not cover damage reported after 30 days from delivery.
BOGO Promotions
For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning only one item will result in store credit or replacement for that item’s standalone value.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us with any issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in legal action.
