Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. We then contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for shipment.

  • If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.
  • If the item is available for shipment (within five business days), we will process your payment and arrange shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will typically ship within five business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@prestigeaquariums.com.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the USA. Select products may also be available for delivery to Canada; if checkout allows you to enter a Canadian address, your order will be fulfilled.

Address Changes
If your order has already processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note:

  • Address changes may cause delivery delays.
  • Any additional charges from the freight carrier due to an address change are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We work closely with our vendors to ship orders as quickly as possible. If a customer cancels an order due to shipping delays, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and other applicable expenses. 

Most orders will ship out within 0-3 Business Days. Once the order is shipped, it will take between 1-7 Business Days to get delivered. (Estimated Delivery 1-10 Business Days)

Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options:

  1. Curbside Delivery (Free) – Delivered to your driveway or curb; typically arrives 5–15 days after order submission.
  2. Threshold Shipping – Delivered to your porch, garage, or other sheltered area.
  3. White Glove Delivery – Delivered to your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
